Over the past decade I have coached hundreds of leaders, and as the business world changes there is ever greater need for C-Suite Executives to reinvent themselves and adapt to the increasing demands of shareholders, customers and employees.
Having had a career with several leadership and board level roles with major blue-chip companies such as Siemens, Airbus, Hewlett Packard and BAE Systems, and more recently led change programmes in companies such as Babcock, Rolls Royce, QinetiQ, AWE and St Gobain, my real passion is now working alongside C-Suite leaders, coaching them to develop their executive teams and their leadership shadow.
As well as co-authoring ‘The Engagement Habit’, I am a visiting speaker for the Exec MBA at CASS Business School. Advisory Board member of the Involvement and Participation Association. Previously I was a founding member of the UK Government Engagement Taskforce.
I have been an EMCC Advanced Executive Coach for over 15 years, logging thousands of hours coaching hundreds of C-Suite leaders. My style is practical and based on real life business experience. My approach is based around ‘working alongside’ leaders, shadowing meetings so that our coaching conversations are practical and brought to life by relevant observations and feedback. Much of my work is done in partnership with companies supporting their talent development over many years’
I live in Cheshire in the UK and work globally. I have a lovely wife, and a grown-up son who is now making his way in a business career – my biggest coaching challenge to date!
